Flat and enjoyable: from the 12th-century ramparts to the Menara Gardens, passing along wide palm-lined avenues.The International Marathon of Marrakech is an exceptional tourist event which makes the city of palm trees one of the favourite destinations for more than 15.000 runners.Since our 2026 trip to Marrakech was an absolute blast, we will be back for the 2027 edition!

This way, the group stays close together and the shared experience can go ahead.The riads are located in the historic Kasbah district of Marrakech’s Medina, surrounded by countless cafés, rooftop terraces, and restaurants and just a short walk from major sights such as the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square and the El Badi Palace.And the best part for us runners?
It’s only a short 10-minute walk on race day to the start and finish line!
